REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within a week from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price. Any difference in price will be return in form of store credits/ discount code for the next purchase. Any shipping fee required during the exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer. If a damage was incurred during shipment due to improper handling by the shipping company, we will take responsibility and take further action according to mutual understanding (Eg, Sending new product if still available or full refund). However If the incident repeats itself, we will no longer send a replacement in return will issue a 70% refund from the total payment. We do not require any of the damage products to be sent back to us. *Please note that this policy is not applicable for all on sale and Travel Find items. *All Travel Find and on sale items are non-refundable/ non-exchangable.
